New SILLÓN DISC OUT – Sep 27 2007
SILLÓN is very proud to finally release the long awaited solo from Sweden's saxophonist ”extraordinaire”, Martin Küchen. His music is at it’s very best on ”Homo Sacer”, and it is a joy listening to his original research in the world of saxophone. He is without a doubt the most interesting, improvising reedplayer coming out of Scandinavia today. Check out this fabulous disc !
Announcing two new releases – Sep 29 2006
In early November SOFA releases the fourth album from the project ensemble No Spaghetti Edition. This time members are Martin Tetréault on turntable and small electronics, Xavier Charles on clarinet, Christian Wallumrød on piano, Tonny Kluften on double bass, Ingar Zach on percussion and Ivar Grydeland on guitar and banjo. The new CD is titled “Sketches of a fusion” and will be available from early November.
The second new CD is by the great Norwegian Sidsel Endresen. Her “ONE” is a brand new recording with focus only on her voice.

Welcome to the Sillón web site. On Sillón we will release solo work with some of our favourite artists. The CDs are carefully stamped, hand assembled and numbered at our office in Madrid. Limited edition of 250, so you should get hold of one of each now.
The upcomimg releases in 2006 on SILLÓN will be beautiful works by Xavier Charles on vibrating surfaces and car-stereo (stay tuned) along with the two swede's David Stackenäs (guitar) and Martin Küchen (saxophones/objects). Release dates coming up later.
